The Tuition and fees for the 2010-11 school year are as follows:

In order to be considered for acceptance, applications must be submitted with copies of your student's report cards for the last 2 years, copies of the results of any standardized testing and his/her immunization records as well as the the Application Fee.  Please refer to Good Shepherd Admission Policies and Procedures  for more details.

Annually, each family is required to contribute a minimum number of volunteer hours, not to exceed 35 hours. 

Each family is required to support our fall Harvest Festival as an event volunteer, and the spring Auction with donations of $100 minimum value and attendance (or the monetary value of 2 dinner reservations).

Families who do not pick up their child(ren) at the end of their contracted day will be charged for late pickup ($2 per minute with a minimum charge of $6 for each child).

A non-refundable Preschool Registration Fee of $420 per student is payable upon acceptance.  This is an annual fee due each March. Payment of this fee in a timely fashion assures your child of a space for the coming school year.

Tuition is payable in advance and is due the 10th of each month. A $50 late fee is assessed for late payment.

School Extension Program (SEP)

Fees:

61 plus Hours/Month per Child

$5.00 per hour

41-60 Hours/Month per Child

$5.50 per hour

21-40 Hours/Month per Child

$6.00 per hour

1-20 Hours/Month per Child

$6.50 per hour

Children must be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m. a late fee of $2.00 per minute will be charged with a minimum late charge of $6.00. Three late pick-ups is cause for dismissal from the Extended Care Program.

Accounts are due by the 10th of each month and subject to a $50.00 late fee when overdue. Participation in the SEP program may be denied to any family who does not keep their SEP and/or tuition payment current.
