SCRIP Works!

We
strongly encourage you to participate in the SCRIP Program at Good
Shepherd.
You receive a tuition credit for
the dollars you would spend shopping
anyway. The program
consists of buying gift certificates in
various amounts for stores where you
shop on a regular basis.
It costs you no extra money, and
your friends and family can help also.
Tuition Rebate - You may reduce
your tuition through purchasing of
SCRIP.
The percentage of rebate from the
SCRIP that you purchase will be deducted
from your tuition in the following
manner: 50% to tuition rebate and 50% to
Good Shepherd.
There is no cap on the amount of
rebate earned in this manner.
Many
families have used SCRIP to pay for home
improvements from Home Depot and Sears
and have received the equivalent of one
month’s tuition credit.

Processing SCRIP
– SCRIP will be handled a bit
differently this year.
All orders must be prepaid.
(An order form is
provided for you.)
You can also visit the web-site
at www.glscrip.com
for hundreds of additional
participating retailers)
Please
place your order and your check in the
SCRIP order box outside the office.
Orders
must be in by 8
a.m.
Friday morning and can be picked up
the following Friday at the
SCRIP table set-up at the green bench
in or from the office.
If you are interested in manning the SCRIP table please
call 476-4000 or email the office.
Remember you do get parent points
for this.
Escrip
– Other ways you can get a tuition
break is enrolling your Safeway Club
Card at Escrip.com.
You may also enroll credit Cards
(such as Macy’s) and find other
merchants listed from your community.
Credit to your tuition is
processed the same as scrip.
And
don’t forget:

than 700 merchants are on the
list.

Travelocity, Priceline, Circuit City,
Staples, Home Depot, Lands End, Eddie
Bauer, Coldwater Creek, Foot Locker,
Nordstrom’s,

and Wallpaper, Shutterfly, Merry Maids,
Linen N Things, to name a few!
Escrip
families need to renew their commitment
to the program
by
Nov. 1 of each year.
